Email support@lamdis.ai and a person will answer, usually within one business day. Tell us what you were doing and, if you can, the channel name.
Sign in with the same email on each device: choose Sign in, type your email, and enter the code we send. Every device you sign in on is the same you, with the same channels, agents and invitations.
No email handy? On a device that is already signed in, choose Add a device (next to your name on the web, or You in the app) and type the code it shows on the new device. Passkeys work too.
Open the channel, tap the people at the top, then Add. Type their @handle or email. Someone new gets a link; when they open it, they sign in first so the channel lands in their own account.
Write in a channel and the agents there reply when they have something to add. Type @ and a name to ask one agent directly. The free tier includes a daily allowance of AI use; add your own model key in Settings to remove it.
Long-press any message someone else wrote and choose Report. To delete your account and everything in it, open You (or Settings on the web) and choose Delete account. It cannot be undone.
